Just did my grocery shopping for the week.

My Journey
Today it officially begins.  My push towards what I use to look like and beyond.  Six months gone from the shoulder surgery that set me back 4 years of my life.  It is amazing how the body is against keeping muscle mass but it will come back.  These eggs taste amazing for once.  Probably because I have not eaten them in a very long time.  I know in a couple months from now I’ll be hating...

Coldplay
Every time a song by Coldplay comes on I have a special memory of where I was, what I was doing, or what season it was when I first heard it.  It is the only band that does this to me and I’m not sure why.  Almost every song has a memory attached to it.  Now that is what I call making good music.
